The Laval Rocket swept the weekend double header with a 4-1 win against the Manitoba Moose on Saturday at Place Bell. The victory extended Laval's streak to seven games without a regulation loss.
Filip Cederqvist, acquired on Thursday from the Buffalo Sabres, made his Rocket debut, replacing Joshua Roy in the lineup after he was recalled by the Montreal Canadiens on Friday night.

The Rocket took advantage of their first power play to get on the board. Lias Andersson was in the blue paint when he received a pass from Brandon Gignac for the tap-in. The goal extended the forward's point streak to four games.
With less than two minutes remaining in the first, Logan Mailloux jumped on a rebound and buried the puck to double the lead. Philippe Maillet's assist increased his point streak to seven contests.
Andersson added to the lead in the second period with a wraparound goal behind Collin Delia. Mattias Norlinder obtained an assist on the sequence, his first point in 20 games when he scored a goal in Rochester on October 27th.
Manitoba broke the shutout with 6:25 remaining in regulation when Kristian Reichel shot through traffic from the blue line that Kasimir Kaskisuo did not see until it crossed the red line.
Emil Heineman sealed the victory after stealing the puck from a defender and lodged it into the empty net.
Jean-Francois Houle's squad did their job this weekend by collecting all four points against a weaker opponent.
