20-year-old Davidson was drafted by the Montreal Canadiens in the fifth round (130th overall) in 2022. The 6-foot, 183-pound center spent the past five seasons playing in the WHL for the Seattle Thunderbirds, winning the WHL championship this past season while also being named to the WHL's First All-Star Team for two consecutive years. In the 2022-23 season, Davidson scored 38 goals and registered 44 assists for 82 points in 60 regular season games played. He added another 11 goals and 12 assists in 19 playoff games.

The 6-foot-3, 203-pound forward then made his professional debut in the ECHL with the Allen Americans, registering seven goals and five assists in 14 games played.

Defenseman Paquette-Bisson will be a familiar face in the Laval lineup, having spent two seasons with the Rocket in the 2020-22 seasons. During that time, the 26-year-old tallied four goals and 22 assists in 83 games played. Last season, the 6-foot-3, 194-pound blueliner signed with the AHL's Ontario Reign, affiliate of the Los Angeles Kings. There he registered four goals and 12 assists in 61 games played.

Mann also spent last season playing on the west coast of the United States in the AHL.
