    The future of the Nashville Predators' blue line may not be decided until later this season as Barry Trotz and Andrew Brunette watch Dante Fabbro's and Alexandre Carrier's performances.

    The Nashville Predators' defense doesn't lack talent as the franchise begins a new chapter with a roster reset and a new head coach and GM. Veteran and Norris Trophy winner Roman Josi is joined by Tyson Barrie, Ryan McDonagh, Jeremy Lauzon, Dante Fabbro, Alexandre Carrier, and free agent Luke Schenn. Nashville also has talented defensive prospects waiting in the wings for their opportunity to earn ice time in the NHL as well.
