It has been a tough 2024-25 season for the Nashville Predators. After a big offseason that saw them sign Steven Stamkos, Jonathan Marchessault, and Brady Skjei, the Predators currently have the third-least points in the Western Conference standings.

While it has been a year to forget for the Predators, star forward Filip Forsberg has continued to do his part. The 30-year-old winger is once again the Predators' top offensive contributor, leading the team with 28 goals, 38 assists, and 66 points in 71 games.

Forsberg is not showing any signs of slowing down right now, either, as he is in the middle of a major hot streak. The 2012 first-round pick is currently sporting a five-game point streak, where he has three goals and four assists over that span. This includes an assist in the Predators' 3-1 win over the Carolina Hurricanes in their last game.

Forsberg was already heating up before his ongoing point streak, too, as he has six goals and 12 points in his last 11 contests.

Overall, even in what has been a down year for the Predators, Forsberg is continuing to make an impact offensively. It will be interesting to see if he can keep this kind of play up for the remainder of the campaign from here.
