The Nashville Predators have traded forward Tanner Jeannot to the Tampa Bay Lightning. In return the Nashville Predators will get Cal Foote, a 2025 1st round (top ten protected), 2024 2nd round pick, 2023 3rd, 4th, and 5th round pick.
The undrafted 25 year old winger played 152 games with the Nashville Predators and scored 34 goals and 28 assists. Last season Jeannot had a breakout year scoring 24 goals playing on a line with Yakov Trenin and Colton Sissons. Jeannot is know for his physical play and hard hitting forechecking. This season Jeannot has been snakebit when it comes to goal scoring, recording only 5 goals in 56 games.
