With Lou Lamoriello still running the show on Long Island, that means his New York Islanders players have to get the razors and fresh cuts ahead of training camp. 

Islanders newcomer Anthony Duclair said goodbye to his dreads on Wednesday night via Instagram:

When Duclair put pen to paper on a four-year deal worth $3.5 million annually on July 1, he knew the deal. 

The only person’s opinion that matters is Duclair’s and if he really had a problem with it, he wouldn't have joined Lamoriello.
