Matt Moulson isn't just a former NHL player, scout, and travel team coach. He's a wizard on the golf course, apparently.
In a past life, Matt Moulson was an NHL hockey player, wearing the New York Islanders sweater for five of his 11 NHL seasons.
Since retiring, he's been a scout for the Toronto Maple Leafs and the head coach of his son's travel team.
He's also an author, debuting his new children's book "Matt Mo's Grit Pile" at the end of August.
It turns out he's also a solid golf player.
On Monday at the Islanders Charity Golf Outing, Moulson sank a hole-in-one, winning the BMW Hoel In One Contest.
He was pumped.
The New York Islanders Charity Golf Outing benefits the Islander's children.
It's awesome to see players from the current team and alumni turn up for such a great cause.
Moulson was a fan favorite on Long Island and remains one to this day.
