The New York Islanders continued their First Round series with the Carolina Hurricanes in Game 3 on Thursday night.
While not quite to the same level of pageantry of the first-ever playoff game at UBS Arena last year, the Islanders are going all out to ensure fans are ready to go as they look to get back in the series.
Planning on going to the game? Here's a fan guide for those in attendance.
The doors to UBS Arena are scheduled to open at 6:00 p.m., 90 minutes before puck drop. Doors to Belmont Hall and parking garages open at 4:00.
The Park at UBS Arena will also be open for various fan activations prior to entering the building. Among the staple of pregame skates, other activities include a brand new mini golf course, live music, contests and giveaways and a meet and greets with Islanders alumni Shawn Bates and Islanders Hall of Famer Bobby Nystrom.
Doors to The Park will open at 4:00 p.m.
Like last year's Game 3, New York has a pair of promotions to commemorate the occasion.
The team will give away rally towels to all fans in attendance, marking the return of a Stanley Cup Playoff specialty. All fans coming in will also receive a commemorative ticket, marking the first postseason game at UBS Arena for the second straight year.
The 50/50 raffle has been a staple of every Islanders' game this year. With jackpots reaching as high as over $152,000 on April 6, with proceeds go to fallen NYPD officer Jonathan Diller's family, the Islanders will be pitching in a strong starting number. For the 51st season in franchise history, the team will start the pot at $51,000.
Fans can purchase tickets either at UBS Arena or online; entries will remain open till the end of the game's second intermission.
The puck drops on Game 3 at 7:30 p.m. from Elmont.
