ELMONT, NY -- As New York Islanders rookie Isaiah George went into the right corner to retrieve a puck, Toronto Maple Leafs forward Max Domi threw an elbow.
That elbow connected with George's head, forcing the youngster to leave the game at 10:30 of the second:
Forward Hudson Fasching laid a hit on Domi, drawing a penalty after Domi retaliated with a trip. Then Scott Mayfield went at Domi.
The Islanders bench was furious as George did not look well, leaving the ice, which unfortunately led to Toronto's first goal.
