Here's some New York Islanders dates to know ahead of the official 2023-24 NHL schedule release, coming later on Tuesday.
Later today, the NHL will officially be releasing the 2023-24 regular season schedule for all 32 teams.
Our Stefen Rosner, per sources, has a few dates he can share before the official drop.
The New York Islanders will host the Buffalo Sabres on Saturday, Oct. 14.
The Islanders will not play the New York Rangers until the second half of the season when the two take to the outdoors on Feb. 18 at MetLife Stadium.
The final two games against the Rangers will be four days apart, with the blue shirts heading to UBS Arena on Tuesday, Apr. 9, before the Islanders head to Madison Square Garden on Saturday, Apr. 13.
The Stanley Cup champion Vegas Golden Knights host the Islanders on Saturday, Jan. 6.
The Islanders season will conclude at UBS Arena, when the Pittsburgh Penguins come to town on Wednesday, April 17.
