    Here is the offical New York Islanders 2023-24 regular season schedule.

    On Tuesday afternoon, the NHL released the official 2023-24 schedule for all 32 teams. 

    The New York Islanders open the season with a three-game homestand, kicking the campaign off against the Buffalo Sabres on Saturday, Oct. 14. This is the second straight season the Islanders open up on home ice.

    Here's some notes on the schedule:

    Most -- not all -- Islanders home games will begin around 7:30 ET. 

    There is one 8 PM ET start against the Colorado Avalanche on Tuesday, Oct. 24. 

    The 2024 Stadium Series matchup between the Islanders and the New York Rangers on Sunday, Feb. 18, will start at 3 PM ET. 

    The Islanders head to Madison Square Garden on St. Patrick's Day, with that game starting at 1 PM ET. 

    The two sides meet for the last time on Saturday, April 13th, at MSG, with that game starting at 12:30 PM ET.

    The Islanders longest homestand of the season is six games, from Dec. 7th to Dec. 15th. 

    The longest road trip of the season for New York is four games, which they do twice when they travel to Western Canada and Seattle from Nov. 13th to 18th before a trip to California from Mar. 10th to 14th, which includes a game in Buffalo against the Sabres before returning home. 

    The Islanders end their season with matchups against the Rangers, New Jersey Devils with the season finale at UBS Arena against the Pittsburgh Penguins.
