The now 62-year-old will become the 16th player to be inducted. He scored the Islanders' opening goal in Game 4 of the 1984 Stanley Cup Final and also has two playoff overtime goals, scoring one against the New Jersey Devils in 1988 and against the New York Rangers in 1990: [embed]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EtMIod9_HAc[/embed] He was part of the Stanley Cup teams in 1982 and 1983 and served as the team's captain from 1987 to 1991. After retiring from the NHL following the 1997-98 season, his sixth and final season with the Chicago Blackhawks, Sutter went into coaching. He served as head coach for Lamoriello's New Jersey Devils from 2007-2009 before being behind the Calgary Flames bench from 2010-2012.
