The Islanders' No. 1 backstop has faced the most shots across the NHL with 1,366, which is 77 more than Nashville Predators' Juuse Saros of the Nashville Predators, who has faced the second most at 1,289. Ilya has also recorded the most saves with 1,243, which also leads the NHL. Saros has the third most saves in the NHL at 1,165, 78 fewer shots than Sorokin.
