All 23 players were on the ice, including defenseman Scott Mayfield, who hasn't played since opening night. After rejoining the Islanders ahead of a morning skate on Oct. 20, Mayfield missed the next few skates before rejoining the group Monday. He will travel to D.C., per Lambert, and they'll make the decision Wednesday about his availability for puck drop. Hudson Fasching, who has served as a healthy scratch for the last five games, took line rushes and seems to be a part of Lane Lambert's game plan for Washington.
