Maxim Tsyplakov, who completed his three-game suspension on Friday night in their 3-1 win against the Philadelphia Flyers, will serve as a healthy scratch. "The forwards will be the same as the last game," Roy said. "It's hard when you win three in a row to make some changes. So I mean, they all deserve to play, and Max understands that as well. So we're gonna go with the same forwards." The Islanders have outscored opponents 10-3 on their three-game winning streak. There will be one change to the backend as Tony DeAngelo, who was signed to a one-year prorated contract, will make his season debut. He'll slot in alongside Alexander Romanov and play on the top power-play unit. Just play your game, and we'll fix things." Here's what Roy said about DeAngelo: "I saw him a bit last year in the playoffs against us," Roy said. "I think it's a good fit for our team in a way. He is a good puck mover, and I think he will be helpful on the power play and at 5-on-5. "I really like the conversation we had with him, and I think we're a good fit for him.
