A few weeks ago The Ottawa Senators were the only Canadian team in a playoff spot. Fast forward a few rough games, and now they’re sitting second last in the Atlantic.

It shows just how unforgiving the Atlantic is right now. A couple of losses was all it took for the Sens to go from playoff talk to falling behind.

There’s still plenty of hockey left, but if Ottawa wants back into playoff contention, they’ll need to turn things around sooner rather than later.
