Recent second-round picks Jack Murtagh and Shane Vansaghi combined on one of Team USA's goals, while 2024 fourth-round pick Heikki Ruohonen made a nice play at the other end to set up a goal for his Finland.
Sweden forward Jack Berglund, one of the Flyers' 2024 second-rounders, drew some rave reviews on social media for his performance.
Wearing the 'C' for Sweden, Berglund was out and about blocking shots and imposing himself on the game. His goal off the rush (it should've been saved, but all goals count) gave Sweden a 2-1 lead over the U.S. Blue squad.
