
The NHL announced a triple-header for opening night of the 2025-26 season on Monday. The Florida Panthers will raise their second-straight Stanley Cup banner at home against the Chicago Blackhawks at 5 p.m. ET on October 7.
The Pittsburgh Penguins will play the New York Rangers at Madison Square Garden at 8 p.m. ET and the Colorado Avalanche will play the Los Angeles Kings at 10:30 p.m. ET. All three games will be on ESPN.
Fans will see the rest of the 2025-26 schedule when it drops on Wednesday, July 16.
