Pittsburgh Penguins goaltending prospect Matvei Nikonovich has been selected by the OHL's Barrie Colts in the CHL Import Draft.
The news was announced on Tuesday.
He's still under contract with Lada, so we'll see if he stays in Russia or if he heads over to North America next season.
