There were a lot of different narratives that told the story of the 2026 NHL Scouting Combine in Buffalo.

But one in particular regarding the Pittsburgh Penguins got a whole lot of guys talking. 

Several players shared that, in their meetings with the Penguins' staff, they were shown "bad videos" or "s--- videos" of themselves, showcasing a bunch of things they've done wrong during games and being asked for feedback on the videos. 

Surely, it was done to see how the players would react to the footage, perhaps to judge hockey IQ, coachability, and more. Hey, whatever works, right?
