Sidney Crosby is know for a great many records and accomplishments throughout his hockey career.
And a big one ended on Friday.
Crosby played a record 1,273 consecutive games with a "C" on his sweater between the Pittsburgh Penguins and Team Canada, a streak that went from Mar. 2, 2010 to Apr. 29, 2026. That ended May 15, when Macklin Celebrini wore the "C" in a game for Team Canada at the IIHF Men's World Championship.
Crosby wore an "A" for the first time since the 2010 Winter Olympic Games in Vancouver.
Do you think it was the right decision for Celebrini to wear the "C" for this tournament? Give us your thoughts!
