Ex-Penguin Jesse Puljujarvi is playing full-time in Europe now, and he just earned a gold medal when Team Finland won the IIHF World Championship last week.

However, it appears he has misplaced that precious piece of hardware.

According to Finnish outlet Iltalehti, Puljujarvi had the medal on display one night at Ake Karaoke Bar in Helsinki, Finland, but he never got the medal back because it was stolen.

And, should the culprit return the medal - which the 28-year-old really wants back - Puljujarvi promises a delicious reward.

“I will offer the person who returns it ice cream, a coffee with a bun, or even both, if I get it back," Puljujarvi said.

Sounds like a pretty good offer, don't you think? Would you trade someone else's gold for some ice cream?

I know I probably would.
