Do you think leaf have made to many changes

My personal oppinion is the many changes have come to fast it take time to evaluation .it takes time to find out where the problem is .But I understand you only have limited amount of time.was the problem with scouting I say no was it player development no .In my oppinion  it was the trading of prospect and daft picks but mainly the failure to use your ahl team to be used as a backup when leafs struggled.
