The Toronto Maple Leafs defenseman has struggled through his first 13 games of the season. Head coach Sheldon Keefe says the player is injured and working through some things. STOCKHOLM — The Toronto Maple Leafs will dress the lineup when the club takes on the Minnesota Wild for the second of their two games in Stockholm, Sweden on Sunday. Although the skaters remain the same, Joseph Woll gets the nod in goal for Toronto. The Maple Leafs defeated the Detroit Red Wings 3-2 at Avicii Arena on Friday. They erased a 2-0 deficit in the third period to pick up the regulation victory on the back of William Nylander, who scored a goal and added two assists in his home country. John Klingberg (undisclosed) and Conor Timmins (lower-body) remain out with an injury. It appears as though Timmins could return as soon as Friday when the Leafs visit the Chicago Blackhawks. Outside of the spectacle of playing overseas, the Maple Leafs are on a three-game winning streak for just the second time this season. Perhaps more important is the club has back-to-back regulation time wins for the first time since Oct. 24-26. The Wild are coming off a 2-1 shootout loss to the Ottawa Senators on Saturday. Marc Andre-Fleury will start in goal for the Wild after Filip Gustavsson played the night before. Wild forward Frederick Gaudreau will be inserted into Minnesota's lineup on Sunday after missing the last 10 games with an upper-body injury.
