World Wrestling Entertainment is celebrating 25 years of superstar Edge and the Toronto Maple Leafs are once again involved in a merchandise collaboration. Edge (real name Adam Copeland) took to X (formerly Twitter) and posted a shirt that will be available for sale when the WWE returns to Scotiabank Arena in Toronto this Friday for a Smackdown taping. The shirt features the Toronto Maple Leafs logo that they have used since 2017 along with horns. In the middle is a skull that has been one of Edge's symbols in past merchandise associated with the wrestler. It was his first visit to Scotiabank Arena and the city since the COVID-19 pandemic that began in March 2020.
