Coach André Tourigny was clear after practice on Tuesday that Jason Zucker's return in imminent.
At practice on Tuesday, coach André Tourigny provided a positive update regarding Jason Zucker’s health.
Zucker returned to practice this week after suffering a lower body injury on October 21 and is inching towards a return.
“Zucker is coming,” Tourigny said. “He is hours away. He is not weeks away but hours away so it’s coming.”
This all but confirms PHNX Sports’ Craig Morgan’s earlier report that Zucker should be able to return by the Coyotes November 11 game against the Nashville Predators.
Zucker has been practicing in a non-contact jersey the past couple days as he rejoined the team for the first time since the injury accord.
Upon his return to the lineup, Zucker should slide in on a line alongside Logan Cooley who he’s gained a ton of chemistry with since the start of training camp.
