Arizona Coyotes forward Michael Carcone is officially listed as a game-time decision for tonight’s matchup against the Los Angeles Kings.
Carcone was hit hard in the first period of Saturday’s game against the Anaheim Ducks, ultimately exiting to the locker room and did not return after being listed with an upper body injury.
According to PHNX Sports’ Craig Morgan, Carcone was wearing an orange noncontact jersey at practice on Monday.
Coach André Tourigny spoke with the media earlier today and talked about Carcone’s status for tonight.
“Carcone is day-to-day,” Tourigny said. “He skated today, will have some contact this morning and will be a game-time decision tonight. We will see how he reacts this morning but. It's 50, 50 I guess.”
Both Zach Sanford and Jan Jeník were called up from the Tucson Roadrunners and could find their way into the lineup if Carcone is unable to play.
