With the Vancouver Canucks sitting at 10-14-3, and in no position to make the playoffs or contend, the team is poised to be sellers leading up to this year's deadline.

Forward Kiefer Sherwood, who's in the final season of his two-year, $3 million contract has already begun to generate plenty of interest around the league. Through 27 games, he has 12 goals, four assists and a minus seven rating. His ability to score makes him an intriguing option for several contending teams.

While the Boston Bruins, Columbus Blue Jackets, Philadelphia Flyers, Colorado Avalanche and New Jersey Devils have all checked in on Sherwood, the Minnesota Wild and Montréal Canadiens are reportedly the two teams showing the most interest.

On the Dec. 3 episode of Donnie and Dhali, Canucks reporter Rick Dhaliwal said the Canucks scouted the Dec. 2 game between the Canadiéns and Ottawa Senators, leading him to wonder if they're targeting a young player like Zach Bolduc.

Through 25 games with Montréal, Bolduc has 12 points and a minus four rating. However, he showed plenty of promise last season with the Blues, where he recorded 36 points and a plus twenty rating across 72 games.

Do. you think the Canucks could get a young talent like Bolduc in a trade for Kiefer Sherwood?
