Sasson made the jump to the AHL immediately after the NCAA, recording 53 points in 79 games with the Abbotsford Canucks. The 24-year-old made his NHL debut on November 23, 2024, against the Ottawa Senators, where he recorded his first career assist in a 4-3 victory. Prior to his first goal, Sasson recorded four assists in his first nine games. During those nine games, he averaged 9:24 of ice time while blocking seven shots and throwing six hits. Sasson's goal was the only one of the game for Vancouver, as they fell 5-1 against Boston.
