    A huge sign for the Washington Capitals and their AHL-affiliate Hershey Bears, as Ivan Miroshnichenko returned to the ice for the team's morning skate in Syracuse.

    Miroshnichenko was in a regular sweater and could be close to returning from an upper-body injury that has held him out for a significant part of the start of the season.
