A huge sign for the Washington Capitals and their AHL-affiliate Hershey Bears, as Ivan Miroshnichenko returned to the ice for the team's morning skate in Syracuse.

Miroshnichenko was in a regular sweater and could be close to returning from an upper-body injury that has held him out for a significant part of the start of the season.

The 21-year-old has appeared in just two games for the Bears this season, picking up 19 penalty minutes.
