ARLINGTON, V.A. — The Washington Capitals continue to hold informal skates at MedStar Capitals Iceplex, and on Wednesday, welcomed a few more familiar faces to the mix.

Connor McMichael joined, along with Ilya Protas and Ryan Chesley, before the facility hosted the annual NHLPA Rookie Showcase.
