WASHINGTON — The Washington Capitals will have a bit of a different look on Friday against the Montreal Canadiens, as they'll see an NHL debut while trying to extend their point streak to six games.

Here's everything to know ahead of puck drop at Capital One Arena at 7 p.m. ET.

Ethen Frank will play in his first career game, skating on the third line with Taylor Raddysh and Lars Eller as he looks to add a spark to the team's scoring at 5-on-5.

Charlie Lindgren will start, while Logan Thompson will get the game against the Nashville Predators on Saturday.

- Ethen Frank's worked his whole life to make it to the big leagues, and he's finally getting his chance after a long road that saw him go from being undrafted to an AHL All-Star. What a moment.
