Winnipeg concludes its road trip in Los Angeles on Wednesday night.

The Forty-Eight Sweater

The Winnipeg Jets conclude their four-game road trip with a stop in Los Angeles on Wednesday night.

After suffering their first loss in five games on Tuesday night in San Jose, the Jets will look to right the ship against Pierre-Luc Dubois and the Kings in the late-night affair.

Wednesday's game serves as the second half of a back-to-back, and the third stop of a three-game-in-four-night stretch.

After going with 11 forwards and seven defencemen on Tuesday, head coach Rick Bowness said postgame that his club would line up in a more traditional 12/6 split.

One would have to imagine Axel Jonsson-Fjallby slotting back in on forward, and one of Logan Stanley or Nate Schmidt coming out of the lineup on the back-end. At this point, Stanley is the most likely candidate to find his way back to the press box with the injured Rasmus Kupari and Ville Heinola.

After getting the night off on Tuesday, Connor Hellebuyck will start in goal against the Kings.

Winnipeg Jets' expected line combinations for Wednesday, December 13 vs. Los Angeles:

Ehlers-Scheifele-Vilardi

Perfetti-Namestnikov-Barron

Niederreiter-Lowry-Appleton

Iafallo-Gustafsson-Jonsson-Fjallby

Morrissey-DeMelo

Dillon-Pionk

Samberg-Schmidt

Hellebuyck

Injured: Connor, Kupari, Heinola

Healthy Scratches: Chisholm, Stanley

Wednesday's game features a 9:30 PM central puck drop. The game can be viewed live on TSN.
