The Winnipeg Jets host the Tampa Bay Lightning on Tuesday night.

The Winnipeg Jets hit the home ice of Canada Life Centre for the first time in 2024 as they host the visiting Tampa Bay Lightning on Tuesday night.

Having just completed the home-and-home series with Central Division rival Minnesota over the weekend, the Jets now play one home game before heading out on the road for three games out west.

Winnipeg, which sits at 22-9-4, hosts a Tampa Bay club that enters play fourth in the Atlantic at 18-15-5, has the chance to jump back into first place in the Central over a dormant Colorado Avalanche club.

The Jets will use the same lineup from Sunday's contest in St. Paul, with the exception of goaltender Connor Hellebuyck, who will come into the lineup as the starter over Laurent Brossoit, who will get the night off.

Winnipeg Jets expected line combinations for Tuesday, January 2 vs. Tampa Bay:

    Ehlers-Scheifele-Vilardi

    Perfetti-Namestnikov-Iafallo

    Niederreiter-Lowry-Appleton

    Barron-Toninato-Jonsson-Fjallby

    Morrissey-DeMelo

    Dillon-Pionk

    Samberg-Schmidt

    Hellebuyck

    Injured: Heinola, Kupari, Gustafsson

    Healthy Scratch: Stanley, Chisholm

Tuesday's game features a 7:00 PM central start time and can be viewed live on TSN.
