Kyle Connor has been named the NHL's second star of the week.
On Monday, the National Hockey League announced its Three Stars of the Week ending November 12.
Headlining the group was Sam Reinhart, whose three goals and 10 points in four games led all players over the week.
The second star was Winnipeg's Kyle Connor, whose five goals were a league-best, to which he added another three assists for eight points in just three games.
Included in his impressive stretch was a hat trick performance on Thursday against fellow Central Division rival Nashville. For the 26-year-old, it is the sixth time in his career that he has been recognized as one of the league's three stars.
On the season, Connor is tied with linemate Mark Scheifele for the team lead with 17 points on the year. He has three game-winning goals are tops in the league, while Connor's 11 goals on the season put him two behind league leader Auston Matthews for first-place so far this season.
Sticking with the Toronto Maple Leafs, it was William Nylander who took home the third star honours with his four goals and seven points in four games. Nylander is sitting sixth in league scoring with 22 total points.
