The Winnipeg Jets will now play the Dallas Stars at 1:00 PM central time on November 11.

The Winnipeg Jets and Dallas Stars will start their November 11 contest one hour earlier than originally scheduled.

Initially set for a 2:00 PM central start time, the Jets and Stars will now play their game from Canada Life Centre at 1:00 PM.

This will give fans and the TSN television crew hoping to get to IG Field for the Canadian Football League's West Final some slight leeway between games.

Although the Jets game very well could have ended before the 5:30 PM kickoff, the extra hour should bode well for those attempting to battle traffic through Winnipeg's downtown and southern neighbourhoods.

The Blue Bombers will host the winner of East Semifinal in a win or go home matchup that could see Winnipeg move on to the Grey Cup for the fourth-straight season.

Fans of both the Jets and Blue Bombers would have likely had to choose one game or the other if they were planning on watching live, in-person. This improvisation by the league makes the possibility of taking in both games a reality.

The Blue Bombers wrap up their 2023 regular season in Calgary on Friday night, with the majority of the team's starters resting up in preparation for the West Final.

Tickets for both games can be found on Ticketmaster.
