He allowed five goals and 26 shots, ending his two-game win streak. Vladislav Namestnikov recorded his 10th goal of the season on the power play to open the scoring for the Jets just 2:55 into the game. Mark Scheifele reached the 30 goal for the fourth time in his career to extend the Jets lead. With less than five minutes remaining in the opening frame, Brad Marchand got the Bruins on the board with their own power play goal. The second period ended scoreless with the Bruins outshooting the Jets 11-10. Elias Lindholm tied the game just 11 seconds into the third period but Scheifele answered back scoring 24 seconds later. Nikolaj Ehlers took advantage of a lackadaisical Bruins defenseman and poked the puck off Mason Lohrei's stick and into the net.
