- Four teams are losing the off-season so far, whether it's losing a coach, an affiliation or not improving as much as they should be. The back-to-back Kelly Cup champions find themselves in this category, as do the Newfoundland Growlers:

The Newfoundland Growlers lost their coach, and they don't have any signings. Justin Cohn and Jacob Stoller discuss.

- The Toledo Walleye, Atlanta Gladiators, Wheeling Nailers and Fort Wayne Komets are neither winners nor losers at this time since there's more to figure out about them. What have they done so far, and how could they become winners? As for the Komets, they have a lack of veteran players, but what could be the reasoning behind that?

There are stories all over the hockey world of players not getting what they wanted. How could that affect potential veterans coming to the ECHL?

- Justin and Jacob round out the show by discussing the heavier punishments for fighting in the QMJHL and what that means for the ECHL.
