Sirman, 20, has 10 points (2+8) across 28 games since joining the Charlottetown Islanders from the OHL's Ottawa 67's this October. Across parts of four seasons with the 67's, Sirman netted 65 points (12+53) over 164 OHL games. He marks the first official QMJHL commit to Canadian university-level hockey for the 2025-26 season. However, Sirman is the second QMJHL player to commit since the start of this season, as recently departed Blainville-Boisbriand Armada goaltender Remi Delafontaine joined the University of New Brunswick mid-season yesterday.
