The Seattle Kraken's offence has been cold through two pre-season games, and they're hoping it comes alive as they seek revenge against the Vancouver Canucks.
The Kraken lost to the Canucks 3-1 on Tuesday in a game that was filled with post-whistle antics and roughing penalties. Each team was assessed two fight-minute majors for fighting while multiple players were given roughing minors.
Besides the physical altercations, the Canucks outshot the Kraken 26-19 and had six power plays. The Kraken have struggled to stay disciplined through their first two games as they have implemented a faster pace and aggressive forecheck.
The Kraken have elected to dress:
Schwartz-Stephenson-Bjorkstrand
Tolvanen-Wright-Eberle
Nyman-Meyers-Biro
Roed-Stephens-Winterton
Evans-Larsson
Oleksiak-Montour
Mahura-Lajoie
Daccord
Kokko
The Canucks' lineup is headlined by Elias Pettersson and Brock Boeser. Kevin Lakinen will get the start in goal for the Canucks.
Puck drop is tonight at 7:00 P.M, PST at Climate Pledge Arena.
