Defenseman Nolan Allan has been recalled by the San Jose Sharks from their AHL affiliate team, the San Jose Barracuda.

Allan has produced 16 points (4G, 12A) in 49 games between the Barracuda and  Rockford IceHogs this season. He scored 10 of those points (2G, 8A) in 20 games for San Jose's AHL club following a Jan. 8 trade from the Blackhawks.

The 2021 Draft 32nd overall pick's promotion comes after the trade of defenseman Timothy Liljegren to the Washington Capitals on Friday.
