Players for the Des Moines Buccaneers were asked this question as the team prepares for Parents Weekend, which begins Friday.
Not surprisingly, answers ranged from once a week to several times a day.
It’s all on video, so the parents will be the final judge.
The Buccaneers kick off the weekend Friday against the Sioux Falls Stampede at Mid-American Energy Company RecPlex, followed by a two-game series vs. the Tri-City Storm Saturday and Sunday.
Des Moines is 8-13-1 in front of the home crowd this season and 1-8-1 over their last 10 games.
Parents often bring the best out of their kids when they’re in the stands, so perhaps that will give the team a boost.
Puck drop for Friday is set for 7 Pm CT. Saturday’s game is scheduled for 6 Pm and Sunday is at 5 Pm.
