In the NHL, there is a storied group of athletes who are in the informal "Triple Gold Club." It's a list that includes Hockey Hall of Famers like Peter Forsberg, Igor Larionov, Joe Sakic, Nicklas Lidstrom, and Pavel Datsyuk. The list could grow from its current 30 members, which also includes active players like Sidney Crosby and Jaromir Jagr, when gold is handed out at the 2026 Olympics.

To be part of this club, players must have gold medals at the Olympics, World Championships, and have won the Stanley Cup.

In women's hockey, it's not a group that has been discussed as often. Without a single professional women's league, the Stanley Cup equivalent had been lacking. 

Now however, there are players who have already entered women's hockey's Triple Gold Club having won Olympic and World Championship gold, and a Walter Cup.
