0%The final game of the 2026 PWHL Takeover Tour is here. With the league visiting markets in the United States and Canada with the intention of expanding by 2-4 teams, the question now begs, where should the PWHL expand next?
Existing markets the league has visited last year and this season, the contenders in the United States include Buffalo, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Pittsburgh, Raleigh, St. Louis and Washington. Canadian markets including Edmonton, Winnipeg, Calgary, Quebec City, Hamilton, and Halifax are also in the mix.
