The Seattle Torrent and Vancouver Goldeneyes went to overtime in their inaugural game, an eventual 4-3 Vancouver win. Abby Boreen notched the overtime winner, but before that, both teams had their inaugural goal scored.

Julia Gosling opened the scoring in the game recording Seattle's historic first goal.

It was followed by the Vancouver Goldeneyes getting on the board with Sarah Nurse scoring the marker.
