Jason Chen and Michael Amato pick the best player and best goalie in fantasy hockey as the 2023-24 season reaches the quarter mark.

Sleepers and Keepers: Best Players and Goalie at the Quarter Mark

Michael picks the Devils' franchise center Jack Hughes as his top fantasy player, averaging more points per game than anybody else. If not for his injury, Hughes would still be the league's scoring leader.

Jason goes with Bruins right winger David Pastrnak, who once again is a one-man machine on offense. Considering the dearth of elite options on the wings, Pastrnak adds a lot of surplus value relative to his peers.

For the best goalie, Michael picks Vegas' Adin Hill, who continues his strong play after backstopping the Knights to the Cup, while Jason picks Vezina favorite Thatcher Demko of the Canucks.
