Big wins and streaks continued on Friday as the AHL roars into the All-Star Classic
Days before the All-Star Classic and a full slate of games were on deck Friday night, with hot teams continuing to roll as we've reached the mid-point of the AHL season.
The Milwaukee Admirals punched their 12th straight win with a 5-2 win over the Manitoba Moose, the Grand Rapids Griffins moved past the Rockford IceHogs 3-2 in the shootout for their franchise-tying seventh consecutive road victory, the Providence Bruins hit their fifth straight win and moved to 8-1-1 in their past 10 with a 4-2 win over Charlotte, and the Colorado Eagles pushed their winning streak to six with a 5-2 win over the Ontario Reign.
