The Charlotte Checkers walked over the Rochester Americans with a mix of firepower and solid goaltending.
Multi-team NHL veteran Brendan Perlini netted a hat-trick, while Spencer Knight stopped 24 of 25 saves in the contest.
Elsewhere, Jack Campbell pushed his win streak to three as the Condors beat the Reign 6-4, Belleville moved to 4-0-1 in their past five with a 5-2 victory over Grand Rapids, San Diego walloped Rockford with a 7-0 shutout, and highly touted prospect Danil Gushchin put up four points as the Barracuda feasted on the Silver Knights 6-1.
