    The Hershey Bears made franchise history last night with their 30th win of the season in just 39 games.

    The Hershey Bears continue to make history.

    The Bears, 7-1-0-2 in the last ten games, moved past the Hartford Wolf Pack 4-2 on Friday night to bank their 30th win of the season, earning a franchise milestone.

    With the victory in their 39th game of the season, the club set a new franchise record for the faster 30 wins from the start of the season, passing the previous record of 41 games set in 2009-10. 

    The Bears currently sit with an incredibly 30-7-0-2 record through 39 games for 62 points and a .795 win percentage. Michael Sgarbossa leads the team with 37 points in as many games, with Pierrick Dube leading the club in goals with 20. 

    The goalie tandem of Clay Stevenson - 1.74 GAA, .935 SP with 13 wins and 5 shutouts - and Hunter Shepard - 2.29 GAA, .907 SP, 15 wins and 1 shutout - have been one of the most formidable goalie teams in the entire American Hockey League. 

    The Bears take on the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins at home on Saturday night.
