Yaroslav Askarov pitched his fourth shutout of the season, stopping all 14 saves, as Phil Tomasino and Tye Felhaber notched two goals each in the 4-0 victory. The Admirals have now shut out teams in four straight road games.
With their 16th consecutive victory this afternoon, the Admirals have tied the 1984-85 Baltimore Skipjacks for the fourth-longest winning streak in AHL history. They are now one win away from tying the second-longest win streak in league history.
The Admirals continue to top the central division, pushing their record to 33-10-1.
